2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • If the service was not delivered as agreed
  • If payment was made in error or charged multiple times
  • If the service was canceled by Quick Pro Advisor before any work began
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before any work has commenced

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • For missed deadlines due to client delays in providing required documents or responses

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund—provided work has not started. After 24 hours, cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative fees.
